Three essential steps to understand your unique needs
We start with a comprehensive questionnaire to understand your athletic background, training experience, and any previous injuries. This helps me understand what has worked for you in the past, what hasn’t and what we need to be mindful of moving forward.
You’ll complete a series of movement assessments that I am able to review via video submission. These tests help identify any imbalances, limitations, movement compensations, or pain in other areas that might be affecting your performance or putting you at risk for injury.
We’ll have an in-depth conversation about your goals, lifestyle and preferences. This is where we discuss your training history, current schedule, equipment availability, and what success looks like for you. This call generally lasts 30-45 minutes.
